Mr. Gerhardt has 18 years of combined military, law enforcement, bail enforcement experience.   Licensed to perform Professional Investigative services in the State of Michigan as well as an NRA certified firearms instructor.   As founder and owner of Agency Investigations, Mr. Gerhardt brings both his critical thinking as well as practical life-experience skills into each and every case.

A native resident of the State of Michigan, Mr. Gerhardt's familiarity of Local, State and Federal laws as they pertain to Investigations ensures that Agency Investigations LLC operates above reproach and always within the framework of the law.

Mr. Gerhardt served 4 years in the United States Navy assigned to a strategic naval vessel and carried a Top-Secret clearance while engaged in Naval Intelligence.   His loyalty to our great country and to his fellow man is exemplified in every aspect of his life and demands the highest degree of honesty, integrity and dedication from each and every employee under his management as well as himself.

 

As a committed dedicated citizen of his community, Mr. Gerhardt applied himself in the capacity as a volunteer Certified Reserve Police Officer for 7 years.  In this capacity Mr. Gerhardt exemplified the same traits and qualities he has always believed in and has always practiced while providing thousands of hours of service to his community and his fellow man and was often called upon to lead other Reservists in critical details and events.

Always reaching for higher goals, Mr. Gerhardt became a Certified Fugitive Recovery Agent in 2002 and has been utilizing all of his life experiences ever since both in the Private Detective, Bail Enforcement, Immigration Enforcement arenas and has helped coordinate and execute many civil and DOJ warrants as well as his knowledge of the workings of such agencies as the U.S. Marshal Service, the FBI, the Department of Justice (Immigration Customs Enforcement) and a host of local and state law enforcement agencies.  He recently (November 2008) became an NRA certified firearms instructor.  In this capacity and with his vast familiarity with firearms and tactics, Mr. Gerhardt endeavors to train citizens of the State of Michigan for their certification in the use of firearms, deadly force as well as the safe handling of firearms.   He personally teaches firearms training in an effort to assist citizens in their desire to carry a concealed firearm as required by Michigan law in their application process.

 

With such a foundation and commitment to himself and his community, Mr. Gerhardt ensures that each and every client is served with the highest degree of loyalty, honesty and integrity.

 

 

Definition of Agency:

 

Agency Investigations' foundational principles and belief's are etched in the time-proven philosophy of our American Constitution and our Bill of Rights. It was by no accident we chose the name "Agency" for this describes what we are in both the Public and Private sectors.  

 

Since 2002 and as a result of the dissolve of one company "Jupiter Investigations" and the eventual melding into our new company "Agency Investigations", we have continuously sought to improve our investigative abilities and practices through education, a continued familiarization and utilization of all resources which are at our disposal (I.E. FBI, US MARSHALS, United States Department of Justice) as well as local and state Governmental agencies.

 

Agency Investigations is a company known for its integrity, honesty and delivery.  Though we can never guarantee results, we will always guarantee that 100% effort will be given to each and every client and we will never take one dime of a client's money and misuse it.

 

A client is our most precious commodity and certainly our life-blood when it comes to succeeding in an industry where trust can never be compromised and where time is of the essence.   Our methods are time and field proven, our tactics are above reproach and our results speak for them self.
